A note selector button
is showing a note and its octave, as dots under or above the note.
- Two dots above means two octaves higher:
- One dot above means one octave higher:
- Without dot means current octave: Sa
- One dot below means one octave lower:
- Two dots below means two octaves lower:
To change the note, you may press the button and:
- Slide up to select a higher note in the scale
- Slide down to select a lower note in the scale
Demonstration:
To open a full screen 👆 Note selector in the scale, you have to do a single tap on the button. With it, you can easily change the note in live, while the instrument is playing.
