The version 3.0 introduces two new features:

  • The rāga document collections
  • The ability to save and share your own tanpura manual tunings

Rāga document collections

A collection of raga documents is a wonderful way to share music documents. For each rāga, it may contain PDF, images, text files, audio files, … containing the knowledge of your Gharānā, with the compositions, the lessons and the exercises. Each collection is a great resource for students, teachers, and performers of Indian classical music.

The collection file is a zip file that contains the collection data and the collection metadata. The collection data is a set of files that contain the collection items. See the manual for all details: (rāga document collections)[/user-manual/RagaDocumentsCollections.html].

Save and share your own tanpura manual tunings

Before this version, you could save and share the configuration of the whole studio, including your tanpura manual tuning. When sharing it or loading it, it would replace the whole studio configuration, including your own settings.

Now, you can save and share your own tanpura manual tuning separately. Sharing it or loading it will not affect the rest of your studio configuration.

See the manual for all details: (save and share your own tanpura manual tuning)[/user-manual/TanpuraTuningManager.html].
